Inserts for shoes for Heel pain and Plantar Fasciitis

 http://www.heel-that-pain.com

Patient Testimonial
There are a couple of different styles... I have used both the "HTP Heel Seats" and the "GEL Heel Seats."
When I started off I used the HTP Heel Seats. They are a more firm material and I think that worked quickly. I then bought the Gel Heel Seats and now wear those some of the time. These inserts completely fixed my plantar Fasciitis and mine was so bad that I could barely walk when I got out of bed in the morning and would cry from pain at the end of the day if I walked barefoot or wore flip-flops. After I purchased them I wore them constantly in my shoes for a couple of weeks. After about a month my pain was completely gone. I can now go barefoot and wear flip-flops again.  I don't think I'll ever go without the inserts, because they make my feet feel so darned good!  I should have stock in the company... I believe in them that much. By the way, on the site there are also a number of helpful videos showing exercises and stretching that also help.
